Guest house and Music studio

We purchased this tiny house just a few steps from our other one, and turned the downstairs into a guest house, with bedroom/sitting area, kitchen and bath. Upstairs to the right is a room where I keep my instruments and music gear, and, to the left, a mezzanine where I play and record (and construct Web pages, etc.).
